This holiday apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful balcony. There is also a large garden available. There are parking spaces directly at the house.

Located in the middle of the Rosental and with a panoramic view of the southern Karawanks is the town of Köttmannsdorf. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The house is sunny and quiet and is located near the Keutschacher See, the Ferlach bathing lake and the Rauschelesee. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of the Keutschacher See. Ludmannsdorf (via Zedras) can also be easily reached on foot.

The famous Wörthersee with its many lidos and the city of Klagenfurt can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

The city center of Köttmansdorf is within walking distance. There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants.
