With the free ski bus you can reach the large Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes, which extends over the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach. This ski area offers 120 kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 cable cars and lifts. In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller Strandbad in Zell am See offer lots of swimming fun!

From the holiday apartment you can reach the center of the village of Maria Alm, a charming and picturesque village, within 15 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants and shops, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and the tourist office. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.
