This chalet is divided into a studio in the basement and a holiday home on the ground floor and first floor. It has a very large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the living room and the kitchen there is access to a sunny balcony. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated in the style of the house. In the basement you will also find a ski room with ski boot dryer for shared use. The chalet also has its own sauna. Parking is available directly at the house.

Both in summer and in winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig is an ideal starting point for your holiday! There are many possibilities for e.g. B mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes, a wonderful ski area with snow guarantee and more than 120 km of slopes as well as numerous picturesque mountain huts.
