"La Ballad" consists of a walk through the forest ... with an extremely friendly guide, who shows and tests a whole series of plants during the course.

The workshop consists of "La Ballad" followed by the preparation of a lunch or dinner with what has been found and harvested in the forest .... it will be cooked in small groups and per theme of course with other ingredients (fish - meat - vegetables - ..) at EnjoySquare to make a feast ... that is tasted at the same place at a large table.
