In winter, the large living room with its open fire will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

In summer, the south-facing garden has a magnificent private terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, as well as a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m available from mid-May to mid-September.

The swimming pool is shared with the owner who occupies the part adjacent to the main part, but he remains very discreet and gives you priority with schedules to agree.

You are on the edge of the forest and have access from the house to great walks and mountain bike rides with superb views.

Just a stone's throw from the famous town of Spa and its historic thermal baths, twenty minutes from the town of Stavelot and its famous abbey and half an hour from the famous Formula 1 circuit of Francorchamps, you will find this unique gîte.

You are in the heart of the Ardenne Bleue, a land of many springs and breathtaking landscapes.

You can experience and discover all kinds of activities and things in the region, such as the Sunday flea market in Spa, countless signposted routes for cycling and skiing, or visits to the ancient castles of Reinhardstein and Franchimont.

Children can also enjoy the Monde Sauvage in Aywaille or the game park "Forestia" in La Reid, or the theme park "Plopsacoo" in Coo.

The region offers many tourist activities such as the longest hornbeam in Europe (planted in 1885 and now classified, it is made up of 4,500 hornbeam trees that form a superb plant tunnel of 573 metres. Two thirds of them are one hundred years old! Very well cared for, it offers a unique place to walk in the region) 0.5 km away.
