The property is located on the western side of the island of Čiovo, in the village of Okrug Gornji. The island is connected to the famous UNESCO-listed Trogir town (only 5 km away) and on to the mainland by a bridge. The accommodation comfortably fits 6 people, so it is ideal for families or friends sharing a holiday. It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs.

The accommodation is within a short walking distance to the next beach, while the next pebble beach is within a short driving distance. Supermarket and restaurant are a few minutes' walk from the house. Bakery, butcher, post office, cash machine as well as a selection of coffee shops and restaurants are located in the center of the village, approx. 5 min drive away.

Another bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room are downstairs. The sea view terrace with coffee table is a lovely addition to the upper floor, while the lower floor has access from the living room to the terrace with seasonal pool and sunbathing area.
