Situated amid the Sanas forest, the site is sloping down towards the east with views across fields and woodlands. In Objat, you can have a fun recreational session of cycling, swimming pool with slide, canoeing. A day shopping in Brive and Perigueux will be enjoyable. Limoges is known for its porcelain factories. Cycling in the hilly terrain is refreshing and there are many well-signed walks in the area.

There is a laundry outbuilding and a large barn with several fruit trees in the garden (parking is in the garden). 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single beds), a shower room and a bathroom plus a large living/kitchen/dining area is available. It is located 15 km from Objat (every Sunday morning a large cosy market) 15 km from Pompadour (horses competition), 30 km from Brive.

For groceries such as bakery, butcher, supermarket and a bank you go to Juillac where you also find a swimming pool.
