To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 30 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay.<br/>For your peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen damages, we kindly request a security deposit. This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party.<br/>To ensure the security of all involved, we'll need a photo ID from you, and we'll ask you to agree to some additional terms and conditions. Please note, provisional driving licenses are not accepted as valid ID.<br/>We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property.
