You should let us know your ARRIVAL and departure dates by e-mail or by phone at least 7 days before, informing us about the exact time you arrive at Marco Polo airport, or at Venice railway station, or at Piazzale Roma by car so that we can organize your meeting with the person who will reach you at San Silvestro stop. The means of transport: the water taxi or the water bus are not included in staying prices. The working hours of our transfer assistant go from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. If your arrival time changes because of a delay or different reasons please contact us as soon as possible.
