This is a modern apartment in Rimini, Italy, close to the Adriatic coast. It satisfies two important requisitions for your holidays: the peacefulness and the nearness to the sea. It is ideal for a family of 4 persons.



The beach is just 500 m from the residence. At 3 km you have Fiabilandia, a themed water park; at 14 km you have Italia in Miniatura, a park having mini versions of European landmarks and at 8.7 km you have the Arch of Augustus, a historical Roman monument.



The apartment has air conditioning, direct phone line, satellite, 24hour reception, parking- place, safety-box, wire-less internet, and laundry service. It is equipped with all modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. in the wellness center, you have the sauna and the bubble bath.



Small pets are allowed at a charge of 9 euro per day. Parking-place is available at 7 euro a day, upon request.

You can also be a farmer for one day at an Italian farm or looking for truffles. We also organize tastings of local products directly at the producer.
