This beautiful villa in Montepulciano is ideal for a family or large groups. It can accommodate 15 guests and has 7 bedrooms. It has a swimming pool for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.

The town centre and the local grocery stores are 900 m away from the villa. Try out the local delicacies at the nearest restaurant only 1 km from the stay. Lake lies 20 km from the property.

A garden and terrace are in place for you to have a little chat session outdoors with your dear ones.
You can cook an amazing meal in the well-equipped open kitchen. This villa has fireplace, air conditioning, heating and washing machine for your convenience. bubble bath is in place for you to feel the luxury while relaxing.

Guests can check in between 4-7 PM and check out from 8-10 AM.

Our company produces with respect for environmental sustainability and local tradition.
No pesticides or chemical fertilisers are used in the cultivation of fruit and vegetables, the seasonal cycle of the vegetables is respected, the olives are harvested by hand and the oil is cold pressed. For the meat, only local aromas are used, such as sage, rosemary, marjoram and other herbs grown directly on the farm. The small herd guarantees respect for the animals, which are given adequate space and exclusively vegetable and quality feed.
We offer all guests a free tasting of our products upon reservation.

BREAKFAST
We like to give you a good start to the day, which is why we prepare breakfast with products from our farm and the local area, with cakes and tarts, honey from our bees, jams made with fruit from the farm, fresh bruschetta and cured meats from our short supply chain. 12 euros per person

SEASON BOX
In the season when our plants are laden with vegetables, we like to share them with our guests. If you would like to cook fresh seasonal vegetables in your accommodation, you can ask us in advance to pick some on harvest days.

SHOPPING IN THE VEGETABLE GARDEN
At certain times of the year, when company time allows, we can accompany you among our crops and pick fresh vegetables together with which you can prepare healthy and tasty dishes yourself, along with some good advice.

DINNER
On reservation we organise dinners of typical Tuscan cuisine with products from the farm.
For meat, we use only local aromatic herbs, such as sage, rosemary, marjoram and other herbs grown directly on the farm.
Dinners are reserved for guests of the agriturismo and are by reservation only to guarantee the quality and freshness of the products. We prepare local and typical Tuscan dishes with fresh, handmade pasta (such as the typical Tuscan pici, potato gnocchi and tagliatelle) with fresh sauces, chopping boards with cured meats and short-run products. Our dishes are accompanied by a good glass of Rosso or Nobile di Montepulciano or Brunello di Montalcino or Tuscan red wine. ( 40 euros per person excluding wine)
