Everything can be found within walking distance of the country house. Ootmarsum and cities like Oldenzaal, Hengelo and Enschede are more than worth the effort. A swimming pool with a wellness and beauty center is within walking distance.

The English decor and gas fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and from the dining area you have a beautiful view of the garden. The annex features a covered terrace with fireplace and patio heaters, for cozy evenings with your loved ones. It has a beautiful kitchen with a Japanese stove and all the bedrooms and bathrooms look fantastic. Everything in the house is done to perfection.
