This detached, single-storey chalet is found in the wooded Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park, 1.5 km from the small town of Hooghalen. The lively provincial capital, Assen, is 11 km away.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have two single box-spring beds (that may be set up as a double bed) and one with a bunk bed.
